Mathland ("we," "our," "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of children who use our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website and use our services.

From Parents/Educators:

  • Email address
  • Password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
  • Name and optional profile picture
  • Billing information (when Premium launches)
  • Activity logs and interaction data

From Children (via parent entry):

  • Nickname or first name only
  • Age (to recommend appropriate content)
  • Character preference (Pi, Tessa, or Numo)
  • Learning progress (scores, completed lessons)

No direct collection from children. We do not require children to create accounts or provide information directly. Parents provide all child information on behalf of their children.

3. COPPA Compliance

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This means:

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
  • Parents manage all child profiles and can edit or delete them anytime.
  • We do not use child data for marketing or third-party targeting.
